These are tracked services (delivery confirmation for international orders are subject to local services in the destination country).
Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your painting and wish to return it then please follow guidelines below. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
A) Contact me within 48 hours to say you are returning the painting and reasons for return.
B) Use as much of the original packing as possible and any other needed for safe return.
C) Return painting and keep a copy of proof of shipping (the buyer must pay the non-refundable return shipping).
D) Once item is received within the 14 days a full refund of original purchase price will be made (this does not include any shipping cost when purchased).
Damaged Items
If your painting arrives damaged then please contact me within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to the painting then a refund will be issued. I may ask for the painting to be returned in which case a refund for the return shipping will also be made. Please follow guidelines.for returns as listed above.
Packing
All paintings will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper then bubble wrapped with card board corner pieces then re-inforced with hard board cut to size and protecting both sides. Finally wrapped with parcel paper then addressed with any paperwork attached etc.
